"The front desk staff person was very friendly and the location was nice, but these were the only good things about this property. The room was very run down and dirty - the kind of dirt when a place has not been cleaned well for a long time. We we’re only staying one night and was glad for it."

"The host was very pleasant and quite thorough in explaining on the nuances of the property. Other guests were quiet although I was only there the one night while visiting family. The room and other amenities were clean. There are pretty gardens throughout the property as well. Note that there is only the bottom sheet and comforter on the bed and no top sheet, in addition although there are california shutters on the lower part of the window, but the 5 am sun lights the room up in the morning...
