"I arrived late because my flight was delayed. I went to the guest house and no one was there, unable to contact them to check in. So I had to find a hotel nearby to stay for the night. The hotel info says 24 hour front desk when I booked this guest house, but it's not true! Please correct the information if you are unable to provide 24 hour front desk service. I had a terrible experience, lost what I paid and also had to look for other hotels on the street at 2AM"
