"We stayed for four nights and enjoyed our stay. All staff were super nice and accommodating. Everything was very clean. Housekeeping refilled everything even if we didn’t ask. Public transportation was easy to get to. We were close to the harbor for the skyline view, ferries and close to many many malls, restaurants and night life. If you don’t want to walk to the harbor, take an elevator to the 40TH floor for a view of the skyline. Concierge was amazing. They helped us call for a taxi to the...

"Best hotel we have ever stayed in!!
It was luxurious, with incredible restaurants (their breakfast was incredible), their facilities are exceptional and their staff just made everything even better. They were all so welcoming and went above and beyond!! Our son was injured, within mins a doctor had arrived! The staff were all checking in on him for the rest of our stay.
If you want to be pampered, their day spa is also incredible, i felt so spoilt in there!
