"This is a fantastic hotel in a great location. 5 minutes walk to the nearest subway station. Minutes from the shopping in Ginza. Hotel has a great breakfast, Japanese and Western food available. Variety of amenities in reception including; sun cream, razors, cotton buds and much more. There are 3 washing machines and 3 dryers, convenient for washing clothes. Staff are very friendly and reliable, I would highly recommend this hotel."
"Very clean and nice design. Rooms are tight, but no different than other hotels in Japan. Also had 3 beds which was nice with the kids. Wish TV had ability to stream services such as Netflix, but that was about the only downside. Public bath is clean and well maintained. Very nice area close to public transport and a short walk to main shopping strip in Ginza. Lots of restaurants and good cafes in the area."
"The staff was top notch. The hotel was nicely located near Ginza shopping area and close to many food options. Convenient marts located downstairs from the hotel. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. "
