"広くて綺麗でスタッフさんもみんな丁寧でとてもよかったです。温泉も他の宿と提携していて飽きずに楽しめて、ご飯もとても豪華だった。部屋の窓が少し汚れていたのと、水道が少し古くて？水がすごい跳ねたのが少し嫌でした。でも全体的にほぼ気にならないほど最高だったのでまた利用したいです！ありがとうございました！！"

"敷地内の駐車スペースが少なく、駐車場までの移動に坂道を登らなくてはならず、荷物を持っての移動は大変だった。湯畑周辺の散歩は、程よい距離だった。温泉は３種類もあり、堪能出来た。"

"酒店有專車在巴士車站接送來回，對於有行李的旅客非常方便。房間很乾淨和新，空間亦很大，很舒服的住上。酒店內有私人風呂，只是2200 日元，可以預約獨立浸溫泉。早餐環境和食物都不錯，而且價錢很合理。"

"ホテルから湯畑までの送迎バスがあり、駐車場悩むことなく、草津温泉街を巡れたこと。夕食時間が５時からと早い時間帯でしたが、夜の湯畑のライトアップを見れる時間としてのバスの時間を提案していただき楽しめました。欲を言えば、9時台の送迎があればもう少しゆっくりとできたと思います。"

"This Ryokan was quaint in the perfect way. It felt traditional without the modern flair. The owner was amazing and drove me to the snow monkey park at no cost. The onsen was perfect and tatami room was gorgeous. Amazing view around the town with the snow."

"This ryokan was lovely- all the staff were so accommodating and made us feel very special! The ryokan itself is dainty and pleasant. There was public Onsens for women’s and men’s separate (in the women’s there was 1 indoor and 1 outdoor public Onsen with shower room inside). You can also book a private Onsen when you arrive - they have 45 min time slots for 3000 yen! Also very quick walk to Yubatake and the bus station! Would recommend"

"建物はちょっと年数が経っているせいか、昭和の雰囲気を感じました。部屋の中や廊下などなど清潔感、部屋の中の設備・備品などは完璧です♪ 天然温泉♨️なので泉質は最高です♪ 源泉が違うのか、硫黄の香りは少な目です♪ また、温泉の質からカベなどには影響を感じられます♪ 浴室にあるトイレがしゃがみ式であったのにはびっくりしました‼️ スタッフ方々は皆さん笑顔が素敵でいろいろなお願いにも親切に対応して頂き、嬉しかったです♪♪ また、行きたく👍なります❗️ 　　草津良いところ一度はおいで〜このホテルは建物は古いですが、食事は最高😃 料金もリーズナブルなので、皆さんにお勧め❗️ 間違い無し‼️"
