We had a fantastic stay onboard Genesis regal cruise. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too.much trouble. The food was delicious and plentiful. The activities were well run and always on time. You could choose to do everything on offer, or skip those you were not so interested in. Whenever you returned back to the ship from an activity, staff were there to welcome you back on board and hand you a refreshing drink. I really cannot fault it in any way and would love to return...

This boat is the brand new and the best boats in Halong Bay when we have seen many other passing by and for sure Alisa Premier is the best among hundred boats there. The cabin, food, staff, kayaking, cooking class... were amazing. We wish to spend 3 days and 2 nights much better than just 2 days 1 night. Do not expect the Internet on boat because they must use the mobile network so will be the same for all boats in Halong Bay.

Very good overall. Great vegetarian food variety

Couldn’t have been made more welcome by the whole team but especially Julie.

We booked this cruise as it had really good reviews and we loved the pictures of the cruise ship very much. The picked up by one of their luxury limousine vans which looked like the business class cabin in a plane. It was a very comfortable 3h30minutes drive to Halong bay. The boat was probably the best boat in Halong bay we could see (there are loads of them). It looked much better than most of the other luxury cruises and had an outside balcony area in every room. With modern and elegant...

Fantastic stay, great value and with awesome staff throughout

Loved the stay in Catherine cruise... Highly recommended. The staffs the hospitality everything was perfect... Enjoyed a lot😊

Nice experience

Really nice trip made even better by the great staff. The only disappointing thing was the wait for the transfer back to Hanoi but otherwise a really highly recommended cruise.

Great trip, magical place, friendly crew with great fresh food and many many meals!

Excellent all round

Room itself was clean, bed very comfortable and an amazing view, however the bathroom needs to be cleaned better. We found some bugs and mould on the grout. Staff were very good, activities were well organised. No sun loungers on the sun deck, which is a shame, as they definitely have the space for some. The food was excellent, fresh and very tasty, however the fact no drinks were included meant we felt slightly ripped off, especially given the prices.

Recommend room 408. Whole cruisecwas great

Needed more activities

The staff was absolutely charming and attentive. The Emeraude is older with some of the quirks one would expect and hopefully enjoy, but an absolute delight. The scenery is spectacular and this was the perfect way to enjoy it. We would definitely book again.
