"A quirky hotel, close to the original Carlsberg brewery. Our basic room was pretty dark with 2 slats for windows so maybe worth upgrading. Breakfast was excellent and nice touches like free drinks between 10-11 pm. Easy walk to excellent bars and restaurants, close to Enghave metro."

"We loved the location of this hotel. It was within walking distance of a lot of the sites we wanted to visit and easy walking distance to public transit, but not right in the middle of the action. The view outside was lovely, and the lobby and courtyard provided a calm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were particularly gracious. I would absolutely stay here again!"

"The hotel is beautiful. The staff is kind. The location is great. The only thing that ruined this for my husband and I and didn’t allow us to actually stay at the property is the fact that they have very poor A/C and no fans available. Rooms were preset to 20 as part of the “Green Country” regulations, could not be adjusted to be set lower, the vents in 3 different rooms barely blew any air whatsoever and they have no fans available on site. In peak summer heat, it was unbearable for us to stay...

Fahrräder zu mieten überall vor Ort, auch im Hotel. Sehr gut ausgestattetes Fitnessstudio. Zimmer 866 hat sich sehr über den Ausblick auf die Stadt gefreut."

"Stayed for business and found the location to be central, close to metro, walkable to good shop and restaurants. Check in was straight forward, and well marked for 7th floor. Staff helped with check in. Rooms are clean, well designed and efficient. Quiet. Cantina on 7th was great for a drop in breakfast and late night dinner. Nice that you could also just grab a coffee and pastry without having to pay the full breakfast fee."

"Spacious accommodations with a kitchen and separate area with bed. It was in a good location and was clean and welcoming. There was laundry available in a separate area downstairs from the courtyard. This was easy to use but busy. Wifi worked well. Couple things to note though: Pull out couch is not comfortable and extra linens were not readily available so no extra duvet covers or pillow cases were stocked until after we made the request. There are no elevators. So if you have anything...

"There is no air conditioning and the room was so hot. Loud music played in the courtyard until 11pm on the weekend and make it annoying to have the windows open. The neighborhood isn’t great. Won’t stay here again."

"Best western m'a facturé en double. En plus du trouble que ça m'occasionne pour récupérer le paiement entrop, il me charge des frais de 150 DKK. Lors de notre arrivée dans notre chambre, la toilette était bouchée. Le concierge nous adit qu'il savait que la toillette était problématique...et Best Western n'a pas cru bon de la changer avant qu'on arrive! On a demandé une autre chambre. La préposée à la réception nous a dit qu'il n'y avait pas d'autre chambre de disponible. Elle nous a proposé...
