The grout in the bathroom was cracked, crumbled and missing in the shower flooring where you stand. Als, there was hard water buildup on the waterfall shower head.

The breakfast was very good, the food was fresh and there was plenty of choice. The room was clean and comfortable, although a little small for the four of us.

Our room was very comfortable (especially the bed/mattress) and furnished to a good standard. Nice modern en suite facilities. Fantastic location, close to the station and botanical gardens and just a 10mn walk to the centre, great apt, quality fittings, very comfortable , easy check-in, it was brilliant I would definitely book again, the place was spotless

Thetford Hive
Lots of gangs of kids hanging around, and not a safe feeling area. Property lacked basic things that you’d expect in a hotel. No one on site to contact to rectify things. Not a good place to stay.
