"We initially booked 3 rooms which were advertised to have sofa beds, in every other hotel we have stayed at there are extra duvet and pillows inside the wardrobe however this was not the case. When we went to request the extra duvet and pillows the receptionist was rude and told us we should’ve requested these ahead of time.
