"Staff were great"

"Hotel staff were lovely and helpful, we had a lovely meal in the river room which was turkey and ham so delicious. Breakfast was great and plenty of choice. Our room was excellent a standard twin with two big double beds, the room was super clean. The fridge was great to keep drinks cool. The staff work so hard and are a credit to the hotel. Really enjoyed our stay. The reception was a lovely smell when you arrive. The only thing which was disappointing was the horrendous smell in the ladies...

"The Hot breakfast is offered to late to accommodate guest that start to travel early, 8 am. There was a continental breakfast offered at 7:30 am"

"Well communicated contactless check in, beautiful property and rooms, cute little town, and the breakfast was good! Coffee was great, Charlie makes a great flat white! Parking can be a little bit of a nuisance, and like many historical properties no elevator so if you need help with your luggage plan ahead as the property is not always staffed. Lovely. Also Forrest Park is not to far down the road if you would like a lovely walk around the lake. the Parson's Nose is quite good as a dinner option...

"Loved the proximity to the Titanic Museum. The hotel was like a museum itself! Lovely stay, and the concierge team was so helpful!"

"I had a great day. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. The room and the gym were in great shape."

"Lovely hotel, room in general was great, only issue was temperature. Really hot and no way off cooling on radiator or any control panel."

"Stayed for one night and could not fault it. In particular, the staff were attentive and extremely pleasant. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was lovely with great service and it was reasonably priced. The hotel is city centre so a very good location but you will get a view of the street. Our room was a good size and very clean and overall hotel was clean and very nice."

"Lovely place"

"Lovely modern apartment with all mod cons, great private parking and proximity to city centre."

"Would happily stay there again. Family all enjoyed the gym! Very helpful staff. Good breakfast"

"I have never been received so warmly at any hotel in my entire life of travels. I wish I could remember the young ladies name who checked us in. She was so helpful and went out of her way to receive us. She literally followed me out to the car to take our luggage in, she stored it until our room was ready and when we returned everything was in our room. She helped us pull our car out of the parking lot, went out side and waved us on. She helped us find a tour driver, who was equally...

"Second Nature Belfast is a lovely “boutiquey” hotel located really close to all the main city centre sights. Pretty much everywhere is walkable. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The included breakfast is outstanding offering all you can eat options of juices, hot beverages, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, full cooked Irish breakfast (with soda bread if you wish) aswell as bread and toast. L. They have a well stocked bar and reasonable prices so you can sit in comfort with a drink while...

"Staff was super helpful. Checking in I was so over tired that I was seeing double. She was incredibly patient with me and helped me through the early check in. Room was super clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend"
