"The location was great, our room was clean and cool when we arrived early. They accommodated an early check in, personally took us to our room as well. The room and bathroom were so spacious! Great spot to stay! "

"Loved this place. So quiet at night. Comfortable big bed. Spotless room. Super shower and bathroom. Friendly little family team. Breakfasts were excellent - always fruit, fruit juice, coffee (or tea), toast/pastries and something cooked - we had something different every day of the week. We enjoyed reading and relaxing on the roof terrace. Nice location in Condesa, near Roma. Highly recommend and would come again. Thank you. "

"Nice place if you are on a budget. Great location. My favorite part was the lady in the kitchen walking out when you come inside the entry. Hot water needs work. Otherwise if you are on a budget and never been the mexico this is a great place to start. Residential and you can walk anywhere. "
