"Staff are exceptional, very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast is simple but more than adequate to start the day. Rooms are interesting, perhaps all different but only saw 2. Rooms are a bit dark with dark carpets so feel that they may not be entirely clean (could be but really don’t know). Separate toilet room also painted dark purple so always wondered if it was actually clean. Had a glassed in shower in the bedroom, a bit eccentric but good pressure. Just had to watch you didn’t walk into...

"Loved this place. So quiet at night. Comfortable big bed. Spotless room. Super shower and bathroom. Friendly little family team. Breakfasts were excellent - always fruit, fruit juice, coffee (or tea), toast/pastries and something cooked - we had something different every day of the week. We enjoyed reading and relaxing on the roof terrace. Nice location in Condesa, near Roma. Highly recommend and would come again. Thank you. "

En la regadera no había acondicionador y el papel higiénico de la peor calidad. En cuanto llegue el portero me informo que si llegaba alguien más, le dije que sí. "I booked this hotel due to all the wonderful reviews. Now I’m struggling to understand why people rate this place 10/10. The neighbourhood is very cute, yes, but the noise is unbearable. We had a room in which we could hear absolutely everything. The telephone from reception, people coming in and out, the cars… we couldn’t even nap after having traveled for hours. I was very surprised given the price as well, especially in CDMX. Yes the building is pretty and so was the room, but not practical...
