"Check in was horrible 47 mins late. Bathroom shower was not clean. Hot water ran out within 5 mins. It was extremely loud with cars driving by and honking all hours even in the middle of the night. No sound barrier at all had to buy ear plugs"

"This is a residential property. Not a hotel. However continental breakfast was available. The location is in a lovely part of Mexico City. However, on my return to the property on my first day out, I was almost denied entry into the hotel. The security guard (who couldn't speak english) blocked me from entering. I produced the hotel's key card (which is not branded) and then I was allowed in. I was embarrassed. I am a black woman, and hoped that this wasnt based on race. I did ask what the...

"The rooftop terrace was the best thing about this property everything was poor. The ULIV Polanco isn’t even in Polanco it’s fakes advertising. The area is run down and homeless living in the parking lot below. The building and rooms are small and out dated. The hot water is a major issue. The bathroom sink and shower you have to turn on and let it run for 6-8 minutes before it gets hot. There is no customer service at the lobby 9-5. You have to ask security to call them then wait 5 minutes for...

"Hotel was clean and staff was incredibly friendly. The area was quiet with minor car activity that died down around 10pm. Location was great for transportation and walking too. Balcony was a little dusty so you will need your own slippers if you want to sit out. Washing machine worked great, drying a little tougher."
