Very gorgeous property. Definitely attention to detail. Very quiet. Many great restaurants and bars within walking distance. My breakfast in the restaurant was excellent. When I tried to eat dinner there, the restaurant was empty, and it seemed like I was bothering the employees so I went to eat a few blocks away. Other than that, it was a very enjoyable experience.

The place was nice and aesthetically pleasing. There was just body odor caked into the curtains which made the room smell a little bit, and the bathroom sink faucet was very squeaky. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

We loved our stay at Niik Tulum!! The grounds, pool, and rooms are gorgeous, breakfast was delicious and the restaurant at night was so convenient when we were tired from our stimulating days traveling around Tulum. Our rooms were always sparkling clean upon our return and housekeeping even folded some of our clothes we'd left out. There's plenty of free filtered water in the rooms and lobby which was extremely convenient for us gringas. Parking was always easy and the location is so close to great restaurants and shopping. We are so happy with our choice and can't wait to come back!

Great location from Downtown Tulum and Tulum Beach

Fantastic hotel! (April 5-9, 2019) I didn't want to stay in downtown Tulum with the traffic noise, and also didn't want to pay the high prices on Tulum Beach. This hotel was perfect and is directly in-between both in a very quiet area but still accessible to both via bike trail. PROS: - GREAT price for an air conditioned hotel room. One thing people don't realize is if you find a decently priced hotel near Tulum Beach, there's a good chance it doesn't have A/C. This one does! - Great location. As I mentioned before it's directly in-between Downtown Tulum and Tulum Beach. You can easily get to both on the bike trail if you don't have a car. It's 5 min from the only supermarket in that area. - Great service. Alvaro (manager) and Marcel (assistant) were absolutely fabulous in providing exceptional service whenever I made a request. They were more than accommodating and were able to very quickly address the few requests I made. - Room size was definitely larger than what I was expecting (2 queen room) and included a private balcony. - Cleanliness. As this hotel is essentially brand new and partially still under construction as of 4/9/19, it was immaculate and the daily room cleaning was spot-on! - Bicycles available for rent directly on property - Strong wifi signal extending into parking lot CONS: Didn't have a front-desk as it was still under construction; however employees always present on property and manager Alvaro was instantaneously available via WhatsApp

Du faux partout, même le wifi

Tout est faux dans cet hôtel, fausse écologie, faux meubles, accueil exécrable et sonorisation tardive pour une fausse animation. Vous n'aurez pas de télé, pas d'internet, wi-fi seulement dans l'accueil, piscine glauque et exigüe. L'endroit se trouve dans une zone de développement, moderne et assez sympa, mais il n'y a rien autour. Pour aller vers le centre, vous devez passer par des chemins improbables aux nids de poule gros comme des tranchées dans une zone bombardée. Après une journée de déplacements et visites, avec le cagnard et les dérangements, vous souhaitez dormir. Et bien ça sera non, car ils font de la sonorisation du bar dans la cour, en principe jusqu'à 22:00h, mais en fait 23:00h. et pas négociable. Foutaises rustiques en guise d'ambiance simpliste.
Les "meubles" en tronc, pas pratiques et pas chers
Des planches pour penderie, même pas rabotées
Étroit le passage. Vous risquez à chaque fois d'érafler la télé, de toute façon elle ne fonctionne pas
Vous ne pouvez capter le wifi qu'à la réception, pas dans la chambre
