The team at the Mx'axanab were fantastic and made our stay in mid November 2024 (10 days) very enjoyable. The hotel is in a great location, is modern in design but with a nod to Mayan culture, and feel like a high end experience. We left this place for the end of our trip. It was a very good decision. If you want to do nothing and just be... it is the place. We didnt have a car, so you need to take in mind yhat hopping to Tulum, reqiure Taxis. But we knew that and did not want to leave. Going Outside this is like going out of the bubble. Why pop it. Great hotel. Service and food are outstanding. My only complaint might be that my booked "junior suite with ocean view" technically had ocean view if you count a tiny sliver of blue on the horizon. Apart from that the place is insanely comfortable clean and well organized and that in a huge jungle area. Another great stay at Teetotum, always enjoyable

Sana was absolutely fantastic. Great location, staff are incredible. We had a room with a private lounge pool and it was absolutely spotless. Great air con, TV with Netflix (our other 2 Tulum beach hotels didn’t have this), great food and the architecture of the hotel is beautiful. Very peaceful and calming. We were also fortunate to see sea turtles nesting. Highly recommend this hotel. The staff make it particularly special.

Highly recommend!!! Our suite at this stunning hotel was mind blowing! Exactly what I wanted, perfect location on tulum beach, From the moment we arrived, there was ample car parking, great customer services and welcoming drinks. Best hotel I have stayed in! Embedded in a jungle setting with bohemian decor, plunge pool on the entrance to each room as a basic level with top class rooms. A lot of effort and attention to detail goes into the hotel, with each evening outdoor camp fire lit with complementing outdoor candles, makes for excellent setting for a late night time swim in there 24 hour slightly heated swimming pool. Breakfast brought to our private pool side was a highlight before the morning 9pm yoga class....
