I love the hotel. The staff was always friendly. The only thing I didn't was that they close the bar at 12:00am on Saturday in a resort. I have not ever seen that and not having a Disco it makes worst.

Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort & Spa - All Inclusive
It was great! Didn’t get a king size bed unfortunately. Room service was hit and miss when we got it or not. Staff were all wonderful. Not allowed to bring food out of the buffets which was annoying
