All food at Coba buffet was disgusting. Had to eat at Tulum and Akumal. Only one dinner is included, reservations essentially impossible, not enough staff at front desk.

Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya
Always easy to point out the negatives, but they are limited. Often out of pool towels, the ultra all inclusive has some odd exclusions. Just charge a bit more and include everything. Could use pool or beach attendants to avoid people reserving chairs. Cheapens the experience. Invest in big ice cubes ...
