"This is a spectacular property. See other reviews for details. I would warn other that the check in tech was not able to find my reservation. Help button at the unmanned desk did not summon anyone. I had to find the confirmation email and call the number. I was then given the wrong room number by that person. I think the link between Expedia and the property is weak, and the timing of the texts the property sends was late to me."

"holtel is in a great location. just off i89. applebees is next door! grocery store across street! hotel staff was very friendly. even had a room for me a bit early! room was clean. breakfast was good! will stay there again!"

"Great accommodations! Location was convenient about a mile from the town center. Our room was neat and clean had nice views of the river and backyard was well maintained. Ideal for a family with children and dogs. Lots of play area and plenty of room to relax under a shady tree and read a book. Very nice restaurant food was great. Breakfast buffet was very good and was included in the room rate. All staff members were kind, helpful and would go the extra mile to make sure your stay was special."

"Our room wasn’t very clean, especially the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was fair. The woman working at the buffet was delightful and very hardworking! The staff is great but the property looked much better in the snow back in March."

"Room was very clean & comfortable. Make sure to bring your own pots, pans, utensils, plates & so on as they are not provided with the room. If you don't have them with you, they sell sets at the front desk. Hotel was very quiet, never heard a TV or any noise from other guests."

"This is a nice place to stay. It did smell strongly of incense throughout the building, and the ice machine was broken. The staff, i think he was the owner, was very nice and helpful and made up for any sort comings. I would recommend the place."

"We had stayed here before, and it had changed. We had trouble communicating with the staff, although they were friendly and smiled a lot. The staff was not at the desk at times. There was no ice. There was no outdoor furniture. Yet, all things considered, we got our money's worth, and the location is great by the river."
