Dar Ben Gacem is beautiful, with rooftop views and amazing tile and architecture throughout. There are many areas to relax and enjoy the ambience. The breakfast has delicious food and an outstanding chef. If you need anything, they are always there to help. Another way they accommodate guest is by speaking English, Arabic and French. "Memorable wonderful stay in a most unique, quiet and safe property in the historic Medina. Perfect for adventurous travelers, not the Marriott crowd. Incredibly friendly and attentive staff made the stay simply wonderful. Highly recommend having dinner at the rooftop restaurant as well, and coordinate airport transfer with the hotel to avoid airport taxis. Enjoy the Medina! "

"Beautiful property with large, secure, central courtyard and nicely appointed common areas. We bought groceries and cooked our meals there except for breakfast which was delivered each day (and was awesome). Room was large and a/c worked great. Only challenge was finding the place on arrival. There are no signs/markings/front desk so you MUST connect with the property manager to coordinate your arrival."
