"Good place to stay"

"My daughter and I spent a long weekend. It was very clean, good price, walking distance to everything and the staff was very helpful. I would stay there again."

"Great"

"I truly enjoyed our stay"

"Rodney was so helpful the place was nice and the staffs are friendly!!!"

"Staff were very courteous and underground parking was a bonus."

"The host is very informative and helpful. Even help me to avoid paying costly parking charges."

"Staff was super friendly and helpful. Hotel is in the perfect location right next to all the shops."

"Staff were very rude at times. Not willing to go out of their way at all to help. Asked if I could have a drink while waiting for a cab and be called when the cab arrived. Concierge said no. The spa is wonderful however, lots of kids around running in and out of the saunas."

"Our room was clean and in good shape. We had a two bedroom Family Room. We were a little disappointed that there wasn't much furniture for sitting, other than the beds. We had one upholstered chair and a desk chair. We requested another chair and received another desk-type chair. Beautiful view from the hot tub but it wasn't very hot. Be aware that there is no elevator. Helpful person at the front desk helped get suitcases to the second floor. I think this should be highlighted more...

"Very good!!"

"Great stay"
