"Wir haben dieses Hotel nun bereits zum zweiten Mal in Folge besucht und waren erneut sehr zufrieden. Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich hervorragend. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Mitarbeiter, die zu jeder Zeit freundlich, höflich und hilfsbereit waren. Man fühlt sich als Gast jederzeit willkommen und gut betreut. Auch die Zimmer haben uns überzeugt: Sie sind groß, geräumig und sehr sauber. Insgesamt bietet das Hotel ein angenehmes Ambiente und einen hohen Komfort."

"Pros: - clean and spacious rooms - Great cocktails and drinks options - lovely beach club area - facilities for kids was fantastic (kids club/pools) - Al La carte restaurant was fab Cons: - food got repetitive. No themed nights and we pretty much knew what was going to be on offer each day - glassware by the pool especially kids pool is dangerous, we saw several break although cleaned up quickly you can’t guarantee every shard is cleaned up"

"It's a typical all inclusive hotel with good amenities, clean rooms and excellent food options. But the most amazed me was the staff that I felt like I'm at home and very comfortable. I was here for Russian Singer Hanna concert and it was a good entertainment option too. Also I stayed in Terrace Suite with amazing view and everything was spotless. I would come here with family and friends for sure."

"Property was well presented and modern. We had a family room with our 2 teenage boys. There were nice little extras in the room like free soft drinks, toiletries and slippers. The cleaners did a good job. The food was nice with lots of choice but it was pretty much the same every day. My son loved the desserts. We never had an issue with finding a table in the dining room. The pool area was relaxed and clean, initially there were no issues with getting a sunbed but in our last week they removed...

"The Hotel and Resort all together are very old and outdated. I do not know how it is possible to have such a high rating. When we checked in we had to change 3 rooms until we got one that did not have a mold smell inside of the room. Avoid the bungalow rooms, I think those are the worst. Food was mostly average and drink selection is terrible. If you are looking for something premium avoid Xanadu. If you are looking for something cheap just to get away from home and have no expectations then...
