"Our stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Bodrum Torba got off to a disappointing start when our room wasn't fully ready at check-in. However, what could have been a negative experience was completely turned around by the exceptional response from the hotel team. A special thank you to Eren, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. From upgrading us to a larger room for the three of us sharing, to arranging complimentary reservations at the hotel's fantastic Italian restaurant,...

"It's a typical all inclusive hotel with good amenities, clean rooms and excellent food options. But the most amazed me was the staff that I felt like I'm at home and very comfortable. I was here for Russian Singer Hanna concert and it was a good entertainment option too. Also I stayed in Terrace Suite with amazing view and everything was spotless. I would come here with family and friends for sure."

"The bed was as hard as marble. Pillows were not comfortable, just the sheet underneath; the top was some kind of glorified towel. The Room was next to the disco that stopped at midnight. Food for breakfast mediocre"

"We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Our room had a mesmerizing sea view that made every morning and evening very special. The atmosphere was relaxing, peaceful, and perfect for a getaway. We loved travelling between the beaches, tasting delicious food at different restaurants, and enjoying breakfast with such a beautiful view. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. Truly a memorable experience!"

"Unfortunately as a returning guest I didn’t feel very welcomed at all. The staff were very unhelpful and not once did I feel like I was looked after I sat for 30 minutes in the restaurant before anyone even come over to me to ask if I needed anything. I was let down a few times In the restaurant however most of the staff at the pool bar was lovely, it’s a shame I felt this way as the last time I was there the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating."

Leider war es für mich nicht möglich, einen Ansprechpartner zu erreichen, um die Situation zu klären oder eine Lösung zu finden. Da ich nie im Hotel eingecheckt habe, kann ich die Unterkunft selbst nicht bewerten. Meine Bewertung bezieht sich ausschließlich auf die mangelnde Erreichbarkeit und die fehlende Unterstützung bei meinem Anliegen."
