"Check in was easy and parking underneath the hotel was good price
Our room was clean with king size bed and everything we needed for a one night stay
We appreciated the complimentary vouchers for a drink at the bar and coffee the next morning
Our only issue was the carpet by the bathroom door was damp and the bathroom smelt a little ‘off’
We did mention this on check out so hopefully it will be sorted (room 228)"

Breakfast was included and was a nice start to the day. The bed was comfortable, and we had no issues with water pressure despite being on the top floor."

"My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The environment around the hotel did not feel pleasant, with many homeless people around the area. I understand that homelessness is a serious issue, but as a paying hotel guest, I expected the surroundings and overall atmosphere of the hotel to feel more welcoming and secure.
The service was also very poor. The following morning, my wife and I went for breakfast and there was nobody available to assist us for more than five minutes....
