"Esta muy aceptable , solo que no se que pasaba en los cuartos vecinos , mucho ruido y con las puertas abiertas , un poco desagradable , tambien esta dividido en dos secciones ,la seccion que me toco a mi , estaba nada mas bien sin nada excepcional"

"We stayed at El Palauet for three nights as a family of four in August. We arrived just before midnight and were greeted by a friendly member of staff who showed us to our Royal Suite. Our Royal Suite was spacious and impressive, with beautiful ceiling designs and plenty of character. Visually, the hotel certainly has the...

"The apartment was great for our family of 4. It was as described, very comfortable, spacious, and excellently located in the heart of Barcelona on the Passeig de Gracia very near dining, shopping, attractions, and grocery options. We arrived very late at night, and all of the check-in details were clearly defined and easy to get into the building and room. The kitchen was fully stocked with all needed and useful tools. "El aire acondicionado no funcionaba y el calor estaba insoportable. Se aviso al host y el técnico nunca llegó. Según el, problema era el aire central. Ya para la última noche le dije que me tenia que dar otra opción ya que desde la primera noche se le avisó y no hicieron nada y la única opción que nos dio fue mudarnos de propiedad a otra a 10 minutos en carro. Lo tuvimos que hacer porque eso significaba otra noche más sin poder dormir."

"The staff were very pleasant, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel’s location was very convenient, and the room was very clean. The room was a little small, but since this was my first trip to Europe, I’m not sure if this is typical of European hotels. Overall, I had a very good experience, especially thanks to the excellent staff and convenient location."

"Fantastic hotel with rooftop patio and incredible staff. Clean, great room balcony and good breakfast. Staff helped with directions, taxi to airport and questions about city. Excellent service!!"

"A beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. Everything & everyone was simply spectacular. I have stayed at many 5 star hotels in the world but this one was literally my best overall experience. From the doorman to housekeeping, to room service to front desk.. literally everyone was extremely professional and sooo unbelievably nice! And the hotel itself was magnifique, chefs kiss. Dont hesitate, Book it!"

"Clean and felt safe. Could use more amenities like ice buckets and ice. Could use some updating."

"Great communication. Great location. Very clean. I would definitely book here again."

"Very clean, helpful and friendly front desk staff. Included breakfast was amazing - everything you would want and fresh. The best hotel bed we have slept on in a long time! Only complaint is tissue not provided in room."
