The room was beautifully maintained, cozy, and very comfortable. Themeing of the hotel was very rustic and outdoorsy. The staff was amazing. Valet was was very efficient and the private shuttle service to and from downtown made our trip so enjoyable.

The staff stunk. Didn't know dry cleaning. Lost 3 dress articles trying to recover from trusting their dry cleaning promises. No bar no lobby coffee. Breakfast runner who didn't speak English.
