"We loved the hotel and the location on the bay. The room was excellent and beautiful. The free continental breakfast, all day cookies and fruit and bottles of water were a treat. Zenza was within walking distance to 2 beaches and 3 great restaurants. There was also an excellent food truck around the corner. The front desk staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. We would definitely stay here again! "

"We had a decent stay at the West Bay Club. The restaurant on the beach is fantastic, and the staff was very nice. Great spot for lunch on the beach. There are kayaks, paddle boards, & snorkels you can grab for free right on the beach which was super nice. The hotel has an excellent spot on the beach with a beautiful view. The chairs, umbrellas are very nice. My cons of the hotel were the amenities at the front desk and cleanliness of the room. I felt the room could have been cleaned better....

"I stayed at this villa to celebrate my birthday, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hosts were amazing so welcoming, attentive, and kind. I will definitely be booking again. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom was my favorite part. It was large, beautifully designed, and aesthetically pleasing. Everything about the stay was lovely, and I truly loved every moment. I can’t wait to book again!"

"Nice quiet property not too far from the built up Grace Bay Shopping and hotel area. Nice location across from Turtle Cove Marina. Staff was nice but was not much help when it came to advise or information on local activities or touristy type things to do. Our garden view was a view of the parking lot."

"The unit was clean and well equipped. It does need to have blackout curtains. The sun rises early and you will be woke up early, early first thing in the morning. When staying here you will need to have a rental car- but driving almost anywhere on the island only takes 30 minutes."

"Wonderful boutique Hotel. The staff made this place sooo lovely, warm and welcoming. Location is nice and secluded so if you want some quiet and relaxation away from the crowded central area of grace bay, Indigo is your spot. The beach area is just perfect. Quiet, peaceful, with water like green glass. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, if a little small. Getting to beach was easy with hotel shuttle ready at a moments notice. "I have nothing but amazing things to say about this hotel! Book it! We booked a Suite, 1 Bedroom Island View. It had 2 bathrooms, 2 closets, 2 safes, two tvs, a small kitchen, living room, a nice porch and a king size bed. It was amazing to have such a large space for two of us. In the kitchen we only used the nespresso (so happy they had nespresso!) and fridge but otherwise it has a few pots and basic equipment if you want to cook a very simple meal. "We loved our stay at The Palms! Everything was perfect from day 1, the rooms were spotless and the staff was so attentive. The hotel is beautiful and the restaurants on site are great. I would definitely come back and book again! My only suggestion would be that the beach attendants be a bit more proactive. In the 5 days we were there, they never set up our beach chairs/opened umbrellas. Not a big deal for us but it was something we noticed. All in all, lovely place and can’t wait to be back!"

"Love the quaint cottage feel , you definitely feel the island vibe.. there are a few garden sitting areas , (although they can use some TLC ) We truly enjoyed our stay at the Sibonne and would absolutely return!. The beach at the Sibonne is the best and no need for getting up early to grab chairs .. there were always plenty throughout the day ! Perfect location with walking distance to shopping and restaurants and turkberry Frozen yogurt shop ! "
