"My experience was terrible, nothing I was charged for was available except the breakfast (when requested). No staff, no housekeepng, restaurant and bar noot available, deck unusable, no hot water, no fridge, no accessories, no kettle or coffee maker, flooded driveway and muddy entrance .... I could go on.
