Overall, a nice stay. Clean room, great shower, very good bed. I did have some issue making the a/c stay on— kept having to restart it. And in the morning, they had a beautiful charcuterie out sling with some yogurts…but no silverware to serve/eat it with— so, that was a problem.

Room was great. Plenty of surfaces to put luggage. Bed was comfortable. Staff pleasant. Rooftop bar (reason I chose hotel) wasn't open. No small plates available. Breakfast was a nice selection but no salt/pepper for eggs, no cream/sugar for coffee, no serveware, no utensils. Not sure what is going on.

Hotel is clean and the staff is awesome! We were there for soccer and it was close to the stadium. My only complaint would be it’s a little loud if your room is next to the street but other than that I would highly recommend.

all the staff was very helpful, polite and very courteous, beautiful looking building, and the rooftop bar was pretty cool, everything just seemed dirty, from inside the elevators to parts of the lobby, hallway carpets to the rooms, had lots of stains on them, just looked unsightly. Checked into the first room it was dirty black marks on the sheets, trash on the floor and piles of sand and dirt. They quickly put me into another room which was much better but still stains all over the walls. Floor was dirty like it hadn’t had a good mop or cleaning in a while. they have every aspect nailed down except cleanliness.

Great stay

Nice hotel and nice, clean. Took away one star just because they didn’t have a roll away bed as requested in the notes. There were 3 college students, and 2 beds. The girl slept in one bed and the boys had to share one. It would have been nice to have an extra bed for one of them, but otherwise the stay was great.

Best in Tuscaloosa

The hotel really exceeded my expectations. My room was pretty spacious. Very modern room with great bedding, couch was really cute and could be used for a bed as well. The bathroom and shower were really nice. I know Tuscaloosa is pretty much a small town but this hotel gives big city energy! Every front desk associate I encountered was very pleasant and had a great attitude. If I visit the city again I will definitely stay here.
