"The hot tub wasn’t working"

"Dated property that could use some tender loving care to bring facilities up to speed. However, ever thing works and overall a good place to stay. Location is great as you are in a national park but you are also paying a good price for a dated, well used accomodation. Nonetheless, I would recommend staying here if it fits within your budget."

"Staff was nice. Room was clean. Not sure why I was allergic to the pillows. Never had that happen before. Stuffed up all night and cleared up when I got up. Noisy neighbours in next room and noisy people talking outside casino until 1:30 AM. No I didn’t report it because it’s been my experience that only makes it worse. It’s disappointing to pay over $500 for two nights and get almost no sleep."

"Our first Stay, and it was great! We were a group of 9 on Motorcycles. We rented the cabin style accommodations which was convent for parking our motorcycles right next to our unit for easy packing and unpacking. Excellent Location, we walked to all the bars, restaurants, coffee shops and gift stores. The rooms were clean, the beds are really comfy. The kitchenette was perfect for breakfast in, and we had lots of room to socialize inside. Will stay agin 100%!"

"This property is very old and rundown and in need of a lot of repair and upgrades. The deck is rotten and nails are protruding. The room #12 was very disappointing as I booked a suite, and what I got was barely a room. Tiny, no room to move, table and chairs falling apart, 1 of 2 windows did not open so no ventilation. Very stuffy with no desire to stay in the room. The carpet is very old and worn. No ice bucket. No staff or services. Everything required a trip across the street, check in/out,...

"The Bayshore is older, but renovated hotel. Very clean, bright rooms and comfortable beds. It is in the perfect Waterton location. Right beside the marina, opposite the gas station with all the bike rentals. It has a fantastic restaurant, coffee shop, bar and spa all attached to the property. We’ll stay again."

"L hôtel est superbe et idéalement situé. Le personnel est parfait. Néanmoins, l’équipement des chambres pourrait être amélioré (notamment une cafetière) et le fait que l ascenseur ne soit accessible qu à certaines heures est peu pratique. Malgré tout je conseille et je reviendrai. N’hésitez pas prendre le petit déjeuner sur place il est excellent et la salle est très belle"

"Parking is excellent here. The front desk staff were doing their job. The room was clean and smelled nice. However, the sink in the bathroom was almost totally plugged and I had to go and tell them about it. Supper in the dining room was OK with a very small portion of chicken with frozen/ heated vegetables. The best thing about that meal was the glass of wine I ordered.. .breakfast in the morning was not the best because I need to have totally gluten-free food and they were catering to a bus...
