"I've traveled extensively and there is no way this is 3 star hotel. Cambria is 4 Star+! Exceptionally clean and thoughtful touches abound such as the luxury soaps and separate makeup towel for my wife. The rooms are very comfortable and the volume ceilings really add to the sense of spaciousness. The staff is very friendly and gave tips on how to mitigate tasting fees in the surrounding vintners. The breakfast was simply outstanding with what I'm guessing was scratch made strawberry jam (there were real strawberries in it!). The fact I paid $5 total for the breakfast when booking is ridiculous. We didn't spend any time outside, but they have a beautiful conversation area with multiple firepits, cornhole, and other areas to relax. We travel to the Central Coast all the time and this will be my hotel of choice for the Paso Robles/Templeton area. It simply can't be beat for the money."
