IF YOU CAN EVEN FIND someone at the front desk. The staff are Inept, LAZY, and Housekeeping is non existant !!! "

"The hotel staff refused to allow stay do to a no-locals policy after arriving. The front desk staff were not helpful, and refused to allow me to speak with the manager. I was even told by the front desk staff that the manager was in a bad mood, and will not want to speak with me about it. Despite my he hotel staff claiming to request a refund through Expedia, Expdia had no evidence of the hotel staff requesting a refund. I found the hotel staff/ management to be extremely poor customer facing,...

"Great place to stay if you are in Sonoma county. This is our 4th stay in last 2 years as we come up there for a short vacation. This place is great, very easy and friendly. Helpful staff. There is a mall very close and next door to Costco so very family friendly. Warm water pool is a plus that kids love. Plenty of restaurants nearby, covers wide range of choice. We will surely stay here again when we come up. "
