Beautiful condo and beautiful ocean views!

This room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable! It had everything we needed too. The ocean views were phenomenal! There was some outside noise on bedroom side because of very close proximity to pool/restaurant gate but still worth it because it was so close and that way didn't even need to just elevator except a once! I do think check in time should either be earlier or check out time no earlier than noon, considering price paid to rent unit. Otherwise, we loved this place!

Booked this property via Expedia. You may find a few negative reviews online, but take my word for it, the place was PERFECT! First…the check-in/check-out procedures were the easiest I’ve ever experienced. I was sent an email with codes for the front door, garbage and pool areas. Upon entry into the property, I found a bag that included a parking pass for my vehicle, cleaning supplies and other valuable amenities. I was never required to report to or needed assistance from office personnel. The check-out procedures were even easier. Totally seamless. Second…the quality and location of the property was PRICELESS! The facility was bigger than expected, bathroom/shower was sharp, kitchen/living room area was comfortable and bright, the Outside Patio was inviting and we spent mornings enjoying coffee and evenings enjoying cocktails there. We enjoyed 2 pools 30 feet away. There was a FANTASTIC restaurant/bar “The Deck Beach Bar and Kitchen” just 4-minute walk away! The entire property and surrounding areas were AMAZING! Finally, Tybee Island is an AMAZING destination. We enjoyed a SPECTACULAR SUNRISE while walking on the beach. We saw turtle sanctuaries, a Light House, Piers, and people enjoying the beaches. We took an evening dolphin-watching cruise (tons of fins), but best of all was the INCREDIBLE SUNSET! We enjoyed local shops, restaurants and bars. We even attended a local Church for Sunday service. Everyone welcomed us with open arms! TRULY A MAGICAL PLACE, WE WILL BE BACK!

Phenomenal Stay

Tremendous stay. Seamless check in/out. Gorgeous restaurant/bar on site with PHENOMENAL service and a gorgeous beachfront setting. Condo was spacious and in exquisite condition. Only comment (not complaint) is that the parking is pretty tight. Bring the smallest vehicle that accommodates your needs. We brought my Ram 2500 because the wife's Lexus was in the shop. It was really tight for us. Otherwise, fantastic stay and we definitely look forward to returning.

Loved waking up to the sunrise on our deck each morning. And I can’t fault the island for the first on 20 years snow that shut down everything. But our accommodations were so nice that we were happy to stay indoors

The property itself was great. Location was great. Condo and pool area were great. Loved the keyless entry for condo door and pool/beach access. I was not happy with Tybee Vacation Rental Service. Upon checkin we only received 2 towels for 4 people and no linens for sofa sleeper as noted in the contract. We text and called but they do not have staff or answering service outside of normal businesd hours. We had to wait over 24 hrs to get the linens and i waited over 48 hrs and several texts and a call to get the towels. The contracted noted 4 people and that these items would be available for each guest. Also, the unit is advertised as being able to accommodate 4 guests but there were only 3 kitchen chairs, 3 forks, 3 spoons, etc.
