"Stayed there for 10 days. Great location, nice room but house keeping & service seriously required huge improvements. On day 2 or 3 my own face towel was missing from the bathroom. I reported it to the receptionist. 3 times. No update until I checked out. On day 7, I was asked to move due to leakage in AC & promised an upgrade but turned out it was only two drinks coupons. "Great stay as usual, asked for a ground floor room and that’s what we got. Food and service are spot on and the beds are sooo comfortable. Everywhere is spotless and clean. The airport shuttle next morning over to the airport was seamless. Will definitely stay here again next trip."
