"We arrived sort of late, and I had said to the clerk that we have never been here before, and she offered no help or explanation of you hotel. We actually explored to learn where everything was in the hotel. Lastly the bathroom floors were not to clean."

"The staff were very attentive. I was celebrating my birthday while I was there. I ordered room service for breakfast and they even put a rose on my cart. Everyone at the Hard Rock Hotel was very enthusiastic about taking care of the guests."
