"It's a very nice hotel with plenty of charm and a really nice location. Cruise ships and other large ships come right past and it's not far of a walk to the main beach area and Pleasure Beach and was nice and quiet for our stay. Hard to fault the hotel in general. Breakfast was very nice as well. Staff were friendly. The rooms were roomy and looked nice but unfortunately the pieces didn't add up to what I had hoped for. It was a hot weekend and fortunately quiet so we could have the window...

The breakfast was just okay but the attendant was not cooperative as she seemed not entertain our request for more eggs. There are plenty of points that aren't satisfactory about the property."

"I was given a big room with two double beds so more than enough room for me. The room was ok, but a little dated. Large flat screen tv, good bathroom / shower, really comfortable bed and pillows - a couple of negatives were no aircon or safe. Bar / restaurant was really good, plenty of seats / tables and sports on large tvs with. huge selection of fodder and drinks to choose from My food was quick to arrive and very tasty. The best bit overall was the staff who were all excellent! In summary,...

There was only a washing machine, and the machine was not hooked up to the water. After contacting the owner, they did not know why it was not hooked up, and when asked about the dryer, stated there was no dryer, places do not have dryers.
