The room was clean, well stocked and roomy for 4 adults and one teen. I would have liked the pool to be opened at least an hour later, closes at 9 pm. The pool was perfect to relax, great for the small kids not for swimming. The wind was cold, warmed up next to a fire pit. Take advantage of the parking garage, great price - even though street parking is...

"The staff was great. Great location. But I was itching really bad on my first night because I have sensitive skin, so I put a pretzel down in the other side of the bed that I slept in just to see if they clean their sheets. I checked it the next day I came back and the pretzel was still there. So I slept in the other bed. The next day I asked room service to change the sheets while I was there. The pool was also a brownish. Other than that it wasn’t bad for the price."

"We didn't have an issue with the noise level. But we went to bed around midnight and use a noisemaker machine. Clean and filtered water/ice machine on every floor. Super convenient to walk around the downtown area and great nightlife and good restaurants. It's right next to a busy and lively combo bar/restaurant/nightclub that has a nice outdoor bar/eating area. Easy to visit child attending UofA, although it's a bit of a hike if you are walking. Uber or driving it's only about 10 min. ...

"Staff was very helpful and courteous. Room was clean. I was able to park in front of our room. Bumsted’s is next door and has excellent food. The pool and hot tub were clean and nice."

"First of all, I just wanted to mention that the place was very unclean. There was bugs on the bed next to me and stains on the sheets. We were so tired because we drove up there to pick up our daughter from college and didn’t have the energy to complain. I would love to have my money back if possible since we were only there for a few hours."
