"We were here for UCLA graduation and have stayed several times over the last four years. The rooms are big, with nice amenities and very helpful staff. It is very convenient to be on campus. Highly recommend! I also recommend the Inn at UCLA on the other end of campus."

"My wife and I stayed here for 1 night. The hotel is well-positioned to access things to do in LA (we hit Santa Monica beach and then walked to a good Sichuan restaurant in the evening). It was clean and cheery. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit at night and a great breakfast in the morning."

"It's beautifully presented, with a simple yet tasty breakfast and an excellent location in Westwood Village. However, since I was only booking this hotel because I had an early appointment at UCLA and needed to be up by 6am, I find it unfair and wrong that the people in the room above decided to take a shower at 11.30pm. The showering and using the sink went on for a good 40 minutes, so I couldn't get to sleep. But then I question: should the paying guest be allowed to shower when they want?...

"The hotel was fine. No one picked up the phone anytime we called before we got there and it is not a very kids friendly hotel. I would say for luxury it definitely was very luxurious but it was not very kids friendly."

"I wanted to stay at this property with my girlfriend because there are some events in the area that we like that are close to this hotel. My girlfriend got sick a few days before the event so we could not use the reservation. We asked Expedia if we could move the date and we were shown a "move penalty" fee of almost more than the price of just booking another hotel room. We asked the hotel for courtesy credit, refund or even a reasonable fee to move the date as Expedia noted that the fee was...

"Awesome staff. Classy looking hotel in an excellent neighborhood. Everyone from doorman, to registration and restaurant staff are nice. We always felt very welcome. Room is great and clean. Only slight problem is for the Cabana room, the pool music is quite loud and runs until late at night. Still I would recommend this hotel any day."
