"The room was very clean but I was given the impression that we would be able to use the balcony. The balcony door was locked and not usable. Staff was nice but they were not upfront about the valet parking daily cost which was about $45 daily. We tried calling the front desk as they said they can reserve an Uber for free cost to the Getty museum but we were on hold for almost an hour. The hotel was nice though and we just wish they were upfront with a lot of stuff beforehand. Due to this we wouldn't go there again."

"Super cute and clean. Great location and staff was very friendly and helpful. Absolutely loved the morning picnic basket delivered on our doorstep filled with yummy croissants and piping hot coffee. Will definitely stay here again!!"

"Not much going on in this motel. The staff was personable, but scarce. Underground parking was nice to have, but no gates. The motel has lots of homeless in the area so parking two stories underground didn't feel safe as a woman. When taking the garage stairs there was a makeshift mat under the stairs leading to me exiting the stairwell. Fortunately there is a room key operated elevator. The rooms could use updating and the visual security could be better. The nearby sidewalks were being torn up during our stay so walking around would have been difficult. Stayed 3 nights without incident."

"I love Plaza La Reina! The rooms are spacious and well appointed, the hotel has old world Italian (or Spanish?) charm, the staff is super helpful, and it is located near many restaurants. All Great! "

"We stayed at the Luxe while visiting family and found the room very spacious and welcoming. We were able to visit with family in the room at times and there was plenty of space. The bathroom was big - double sinks and the shower was separate from the bathtub. Ate breakfast at the hotel each day and was pleased with the selections offered and the quality. All employees we encountered were pleasant and helpful."
