"The gentleman who checked us in was fantastic. I wish I had his name. Offered us a complimentary glass of wine or beer. I needed to print a label and he said that was possible. The next morning the woman at the front desk even went through the effort to reduce the size of the label so it would fit the package we were mailing. Breakfast was lovely. Oh, I forgot to mention we slept on the world’s best pillows. We had a fantastic nights sleep. We’d definitely stay again."

"Wonderful clean and conveniently located hotel. Just minutes to Beverly Hills, UCLA and an easy ride to Malibu or the SFV. Tough for pets or dogs because there is limited out door space to walk them. It's not a walkable location at all. The hotel is beautiful and the staff including the valet people are wonderful."

"Hotel is in a good area. Very beautiful. Staff is very helpful. The only reason I gave 3 star is because place felt like a beautiful/ long term stay for older people. I was looking for a beautiful spot but with more up beat energy. If you are looking for a very quiet spot and away from people this spot can be good but if you are seeking more fun, up beat spot… I would not."

"Awesome staff. Classy looking hotel in an excellent neighborhood. Everyone from doorman, to registration and restaurant staff are nice. We always felt very welcome. Room is great and clean. Only slight problem is for the Cabana room, the pool music is quite loud and runs until late at night. Still I would recommend this hotel any day."
