"The only problem with our stay was valet parking only. You had to "call" for car , which was actually very speedy and easy, but kind of limited us from just feeling free to go. The staff was amazing and very accommodating! The hotel itself was very clean and interesting to see the old vaults. I will be staying again when I come to my favorite city to see the best Team ever! Had it not been for the NFL Draft there would’ve been thousands of things to do in its place. I loved this hotel so much I could live in it full time. The room was beautiful and updated. "It's a very nice hotel. The rooms are a bit small but perfect for what they are. The bathroom was very clean. The staff are extremely helpful with any questions you may have. We arrived to town early and were checked in at 1pm which was nice, because we wanted to walk to the NFL draft. "Rooms are clean and it is supereasy to get to the convention center. Negatives: 1. Slow service, had to call multiple times on one occasion to get water bottles 2. Billing was fraudulent, breakfast was included in room costs but on the final bill charged separately 3. Post visit customer service is unsatisfactory, nobody picks up the call if you have a billing question Based on the amount of charges, poor services and older state of the property, it was not worth the amount I paid"

"This was sent via an email to mgr, who did not reply: We booked through Expedia for one night — the sole purpose was to see Joe Bonamassa at 8pm with dinner at 6. Timing mattered. We arrived at 3:15pm, understanding check-in was at 4. We waited in the lobby with several other guests.
