We requested two towels, but they were never delivered. The area also didn’t feel safe; there was a noticeable police presence, and at one point, a nearby car had all its tires removed."

"Being in a college town this hotel knows they have a captive audience, and they don’t need to keep the rooms up-to-date and mediocrity will still get them plenty of stays because every four years there’s a complete turnover of potential guests. My room had a very odd Jacuzzi with no door between the room and the tub, as well as two mini fridges."
