"Checking in was terrible on Sunday. He didn’t tell me where the room was upstairs or down. I got on the elevator and the room downstairs. Had to go back to the office to ask where was the room?"

The service was phenomenal from checking in, valet, assistance with our bags to our room, requesting of a crib, and the cleanliness of our room.
