スタッフの方がとても親切だったのですが、必要なことを必要なものだけしっかりと対応していただけました。初めての土地でもあり、観光よりもﾌｪｽ目的での利用でした。交通機関は微妙でしたが、朝食の味付け、特にお味噌汁の味噌の風味に感動しました。来年のﾌｪｽでまた利用してみようかなと考えております。

スーパーホテル系列に泊ったのは初めてでしたが、良かったです。温泉は若干塩素臭がしますが、循環なのでやむなし。朝食が工事中のため弁当になってしまい、少し残念。ベット横のUSB端子がゆるかったのは気になりました。全般的には、利用者が使いやすい客室になっており、細かい気配り設備もあり、満足しました。

ホテルのサービス、清潔さは文句のつけよう無し。但し本館地下駐車場は難あり。チェックアウトし駐車場から退場する際、スロープの勾配がきつく前面道路の安全確認が難しく今回も衝突事故一歩手前でした。ホテル運営会社は駐車場前の電柱などにカーブミラーを取り付けられる事を強くお勧め致します。

久しぶりの宇部新川

以前の仕事仲間を訪ねて、宇部新川のホテルに宿泊しました。宿泊当日の夜はその友人と飲食して、懐かしい思い出話で楽しく過ごしました。ホテルに戻ったあと、天然温泉を利用させてもらいましたが、深夜でも開いていたのが良かったです。ゆっくり休養させて頂きました。 また、朝食もソーシャルディスタンスしてあり、美味しく頂きました。

すごく良いけど、ちょっと惜しい

夫婦で一泊。部屋はきれいでレイアウトが良く狭さが気にならない。従業員の方々のホスピタリティもスーパーホテルさんらしくとても良い。健康朝食も美味しく、これが本当に無料で頂けて良いのかと思うレベル。惜しむらくはホテル名にも冠している天然温泉の大浴場が狭くて男女入れ替え制なので使い勝手がよくないところ。特に女性の入浴時間が1830〜2200だったが、女性客は少なくバランスが悪い。女性サイドの妻ですら効率が悪いと言っていたので改善されると良いなぁと。
