Vreselijk en oplichting
Bij aankomst na lange reis werd mij verteld dat het niet mogelijk was om in mijn gereserveerde kamer te verblijven. Voor 200.000 roepia extra kon in een duurdere kamer boeken. Dar zag ik niet zitten dus ben toen 2 uur bezig geweest met een ander hotel vinden. De vrouw zei dat ik mijn geld via deze website moest terug vragen. Ik had een mail gestuurd maar geen antwoord. Het blijkt dus dat dit een set up was. De eigenaresse krijgt én mijn geld via deze site én door mij weg te sturen heeft ze de kamer aan iemand anders kunnen verhuren en dus dubbel betaald gekregen. Ik ga nooit meer via deze site boeken en al helemaal nooit meer dit hotel
