Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
First day. Staff had no idea of my booking. Had to wait an hour before i can check in. Bedroom had a swarm of flying bugs everywhere in the bedroom. In addition to batches of larva all over the floor. Ants everywhere. I have photos and video. Is this a property Expedia endorses? I should at the least get a refund for half the stay. Unacceptable
