The floor was wood laminate, great for it being a pet-friendly hotel, and the mattress was newer and zipped up in a nice plastic protector. It was a last-minute stay driving through Idaho, and it was affordable and in a convenient location. I highly recommend it!"

"Checking in was challenging because we got there at 9 pm and there was a line of people waiting to try use this virtual check in machine. It was hard to use and very loud, so everyone waiting could hear whatever was being discussed. A couple people left simply because they didn’t want to have to use the virtual check in machine that was being run by someone in another country and who was a little hard to understand. "There was nowhere to sit in the breakfast room. We had 5 kids with us and had to stand. The trays were empty. My husband had to go for the lady to replenish the trays. I had 4 rooms and none were cleaned, change of towels or sheets for 4 days. On arrival one of the sheets was bloody, meaning it was not fresh sheets. I expected more for a Radisson. I’m a frequent traveler and definitely won’t use them anymore. "
