"Very nice hotel, clean comfortable and well located, easy connection to centro with E1 bus. Nice mall at walking distance. Breakfast was great and the 24hrs free coffee and drinks is much appreciated. The people who work there were nice helpful and prompt. Overall a great experience. Definitely recommend. "

La chambre était super confortable, la douche très bien conçue (pour une fois j’ai pas mis de l’eau partout par terre !), bref nous y avons fait un excellent séjour. "What a lovely hotel in the heart of Madrid on the Gran Via! The staff was so helpful. They gave us directions, made a reservation to a great restaurant for us and called us a taxi for our trip to the airport. We received water and cava upon arrival. The decor is lovely and there is a nice bar right there in the lobby. Our room was comfortable with a good sized bathroom and shower. The room wasn't huge, but was nicely appointed. We were able to walk to many places from the hotel; restaurants,...

"Beautifully located in the middle of Madrid, room was always clean (thank you Svetlana). The staff were friendly and accommodating. I had a surprise visitor (my son stopped over for a couple days ) and they supplied a very comfortable cot. My only complaint would be the pool hours , pool was very tiny but did the trick and was extremely popular with the guests and hours should be extended !"

Quality of the hotel, service, rooms and meals were not up to the standard we expected after staying at their Valencia hotel. It is a nice place, but we were expecting better and were surprised to see that much difference."
