"We arrived late after a long travel day, hoping to just get a warm shower and rest — unfortunately, this hotel made that impossible. The check-in staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming, which already set a bad tone. When we got to the room, we found that there was no hot water, only cold — and the phone didn’t work, so we couldn’t even call the front desk. The room looked like it was still under construction — unfinished and awkwardly arranged. One nightstand was placed randomly in the room...
