Lodges di Última Esperanza Province

"This was a beautiful property with a gorgeous lake and mountain view. Nice restaurant with a good buffet breakfast and tasty food on the menu for lunch or dinner. The sore point of our stay was at the very start we had a terrible encounter with one of the front desk staff- Yelkna. We were 8 persons (2kids) in 3 rooms and her tone was very abrasive and unnecessarily rude. Some of us only had e-copies of our PDI forms which we were able to email to the hotel but she still treated us harshly....

"Loved this hotel even though we only had 1 night. Nice room, free waterholes and refill station. Amazing view. Breakfast was lovely and they started early as we were leaving on a tour. Ate at the restaurant fir dinner and the food was great. Only thing we had problems with was the room and restaurant needed a fan as it was unusually hit and the giant glass windows had soaked up a the sun and we couldn't get it cool."

"The perfect place to experience Torres Del Paine! Great hospitality, perfect staff, exceptional cuisine!"

"El desayuno era simple pero bastante rico y saludable, te dejaban las cosas el día antes ya que eran frutas, yogurt con granola y pan con jalea, pero hay una cocina donde te puedes hacer huevos. De las mejores estadías en las que me he quedado, aseado, tranquilo y un ambiente tranquilo.."

"Wundervolle Aussicht, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Miarbeiter*innen, liebevolles und reichhaltiges Frühstück, leider sehr hellhörig"

"Comfortable room. As with most hotels in the area, walls and fairly thin, so hearing other guests coming and going can be noisy. It’s more than compensated for, though, by the friendly staff, comfortable shared spaces, and incredible view. Stay here . . You won’t be sorry!"
