"Air-conditioning is almost non-existent, customer service very bad, very bad English skills. Wifi not working and no interest to fix or compensate. We complained about the AC and they asked us to wait in the room, until they fix us a new one. Nobody came, after two calls to the reception, nothing. Third time there was different staff and they gave us a new room right away. AC was there also very bad, like from the 1970's? Nice to wake up all sweaty.. "Good hotel in the centre of Ankara, near all of the main attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very tasty. The points for improvement were that there wasn't a bin in the room (only in the toilet) and that the room smelled of smoke. It was also a bit hot and there weren't any lighter blankets. Good overall, might return."
