"I went swimming in the pool and my bikini turned yellow afterwards. Even the towel turned yellow. The hotel staff was really not helpful. They tried to clean my bikini and it didn’t work. They said, that they checked the pool and it was ok. Nevertheless the floor wasn’t wiped once during our stay. There is no hairdryer in the room. We ordered a transfer from the hotel to the airport and when we wanted to leave nothing was organized! I would not visit this hotel again!"

"The hotel was very clean and our 2 apt complex lovely. What I would note is the bright light from the streetlight outside our villa shone straight onto my pillow which meant I couldn’t sleep on that side. Also there is a large building site next door, which wasn’t noisy other than the odd truck going up and down - we hadn’t been told about the building works. "We had an excellent stay there. Hotel and rooms are modern and very well maintained. All the amenities are on par with other chain hotels with great facilities such as the gym and spa. Breakfast is as also fantastic. The staff in all aspects of service was outstanding in their attentiveness and politeness. The area is full of shopping and other activities as the beach is just a 3-5 minutes walk from the hotel. Highly recommend for a family stay."
